Open Accounts: We offer open accounts to qualified customers. Please be aware that we process applications as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your patience as processing of your application can take 7 to 10 days. Many companies that are used as credit references will respond only to written requests for information. Until an open account is established, purchases must be shipped prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Once an Open Account is established, we will accept company purchase orders. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are sent by email unless otherwise arranged in advance. Monthly statements are not sent out, so customers are expected to pay from the invoice. To maintain open account status, invoices must be paid within the terms stated. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. A PDF version of our credit application is available for download or you can call or e-mail us to have an application sent to you.

Back Orders: As hard as we try, there are times when we must back order items you want. We maintain a computerized back order file and automatically will ship items to you as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.
Sample Request: Due to the unique nature of our antimicrobial protected products and solvents we receive many requests for samples. Bio Shield Tech sample policy requires a $75.00 sample handling charge for each product group requested payable by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. ALL Sample costs will be credited to your first order (less shipping charges) if order is placed within 6 months of original sample request. Equipment Warranty: All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem arise, we ask that you return the defective item so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. Please refer to our return policy to request a return authorization (RA) number prior to returning any piece of equipment. In the event that the factory does not cover the replacement under the warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their decision, if so desired.
